Carol Marsh

Tony,

We are going to the Canada (Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and St. John) and then will spend a week in Arcadia National Park in Sept. Any suggestions as to where I might get some great shots.

Thanks,
Carol Marsh

Sure, Carol!

Nova Scotia - check into Peggys Cove. I know it sounds cliche, but it's photo ops are literally unlimited. I've been there many times the my level of unbridled excitement at the possiblities is the same as the first time! Also, depending on your route or trip destination, Lunenburg, Blue Rocks (just outside or Lunenburg), West Dover, Briar Island, the west coast with the apple orchards and vineyards, and of course, Cape Breton.

Newfoundland - Gros Morne is spectacular. St. John is also a great area. Twillingate, known as ice burg alley, is an old fishing village. Take a boat tour to an iceburg!

Maine - Loop road at dawn. Blue Hill overlook at sunset. The Somesville natural history museum and the very picturesque foot bridge is excellent. Just drive around. The photo ops are endless!

Have a great trip!!
