Wow! What a great event! This was my first time at a Photoshop World event. There are many great classes and the trade show is tremendous! It was really great to spend time with people from companies whom I primarily deal with on the phone. nikMultimedia, Nikon, Microtech, Epson, X-rite, Wacom, Canon, Lexjet, and B&H all had very nice booths set up! There were more, but I can’t remember them all!
There were a lot of new photoshop books available at a nice discount. I-View Media and Extensis file management systems had great presentations. There was always something to learn at the photoshop booths, where presentations were going on all the time. Of course, “show specials” (discount prices) were everywhere.
BetterPhoto's own Ben Willmore was, of course, one of the best presenters! Ben is great because he knows his stuff (and everyone else’s stuff!), is approachable, very instructive, and constantly repeating salient ideas so that, even in the short time available, everyone takes usable knowledge away with them.
One of my favorite new products is the Lens Baby. Here's an inexpensive way to create some really unique images without spending a lot of time at the computer. I’ll just mention it here and show a few images, but I’ll be putting a product review up as soon as I “wring it out” a bit.
For those of you who have never attended a Photoshop World, I strongly encourage you to do so. It’s a great learning experience and the phone book size resource book of all of the lectures (one cannot attend them all, of course!), will occupy a lot of my time in the coming months!
Here’s a sneak preview of what a Lens Baby can do for your images. Keep an eye out for the full review on Betterphoto.com.

Very interesting! I liked it! Naked truth
